Play.  Learn.  Thrive.

Mama, do you wish you had more time to yourself?

So, I hear you just want to be able to drink a hot coffee! But what's that you say? Your little one ALWAYS need you to play with them? Well, you’ve come to the right place...

I get it. I am a mom to FOUR (yes, four) kids ages 6 and under. I know what it feels like to need space.

Use fresh ingredients - especially yeast

To ensure a good lift, a beautiful other crust, you’ll want to start with fresh yeast and baking powder/soda

Storage: Dry is nice

Always store your baking ingredients in a dry place at room temperature. Never refrigerate.

Use the Right Flour

Get good bread flour. It’s ground specifically for making bread!

Temperature and Yeast

Make sure your liquid is between 95 degrees F and 115 degrees F when adding to yeast.

To knead or not to knead

Quick breads usually don’t require kneading (think cake mix) while yeast bread require some kneading.

Prescribed Rising Times

Follow the prescribed rising time. Use a timer. Too long - you might a sour-tasting loaf or a dry bread with abundance of holes!
