Unplugged: 1:1 Coaching

An 8-Week 1:1 Coaching Program for Parents in Screen Survival Mode

You want to break the cycle.

But you’re stuck in survival mode.
You’re letting the iPad buy you 30 quiet minutes (again).
You’re arguing every time you try to turn it off.
And it feels like you’ve lost your child to a screen.
You don’t need more parenting theory.
You need a plan that actually works.
And a way out that doesn’t require perfection.

In just 7 days, you’ll start seeing fewer meltdowns and more cooperation—and by 8 weeks, you’ll replace overreliance on tech with calm, screen-free routines that actually stick.

Is Unplugged 1:1 Coaching the right fit for you?

  • You’ve tried timers, charts, screen limits—but your child still melts down every time the tablet turns off.
  • You’re parenting a child who’s sensitive, spirited, or neurodivergent—and screen time is making things worse.
  • You’re constantly managing guilt: letting them watch “just one more episode” so you can cook dinner, get a break, or survive solo parenting.
  • You know too much screen time is affecting your child’s mood, focus, and development, but you don’t know how to interrupt the cycle without constant battles.
  • You’ve read about digital detoxes, but they feel extreme or impossible to maintain (maybe your even a little skeptical about them working…)

You don’t have to accept chaos, constant screen battles, or feeling like your child is slipping away. You can reduce screen time, rebuild calm routines, and reconnect with your child—without losing yourself or your sanity in the process.

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Alanna Gallo

I’m a former teacher with a Master’s in Education, an ADHD mom to multiple ADHD kids, and a problem-solver for parents who feel stuck in screen-related cycles they don’t know how to break.

After over a decade in education, I saw firsthand how tech overuse was stealing kids’ focus, play, and joy. I left the classroom to help parents create calmer, more connected homes—without relying on punishments, timers, or shame.

The Framework I've Built for My Family and Yours

The Unplugged framework is the exact system I’ve used in my own family and with thousands of parents: research-backed, ADHD-informed, and built to work in real life. If you’re ready to reset without losing your mind, I’ve got you.

8 WEEKS to Reduce Screen Time, Rebuild Calm, and Reconnect with Your Child

The Unplugged Reset Framework

Each week, you’ll follow a simple, step-by-step process to shift your child out of screen dependency and back into real-life regulation, play, and connection. You’ll get the exact tools, scripts, and support to make changes that stick—without overwhelm or perfection.

Real families. Real change.

These stories come from parents who felt stuck, overwhelmed, and exhausted—until they followed this process and started seeing results that actually lasted.

Nothing else worked.

The scripts and step-by-step plan were exactly what I needed. I’ve tried timers, apps, even rewards. Nothing worked. Alanna’s approach helped me finally stay consistent—and my daughter is so much calmer.

My son hasn’t asked for the tablet in a week…

Before this, screen time felt like a necessary evil in our house. Now? My son hasn’t asked for the tablet in a week—and he’s actually playing again. I didn’t think that was possible.

Fewer meltdowns and more cooperation within days.

Within a few days, I saw fewer meltdowns and more cooperation. The group support kept me going, and the activities gave me actual alternatives when I felt stuck. This reset changed everything.

Daily Screen Battles to Calm Routines

We’ve gone from daily screen battles to real conversations and calm routines. My husband wasn’t fully on board at first, but even he is noticing how much better things feel at home.
