WHY I CREATED THIS FOR YOU

Hi, I’m Alanna Gallo
I’m a former public school teacher with a master’s degree in education, a secular homeschooling mom of four, and someone who has spent more than a decade thinking about how children learn best.
When we first started homeschooling, I made the same mistake many parents do: I tried to recreate school at home. I planned every hour, searched endlessly for the “perfect” schedule, and felt like I was constantly adjusting our days.

Eventually, I realized our family didn’t need a stricter schedule. We needed a better rhythm.
The flexible block scheduling system you’ll find inside this planner has helped our family create days that feel organized without being rigid.
It gives us enough structure to know what comes next while leaving plenty of room for curiosity, deep learning, field trips, library days, and simply being together.
I created this resource because I know how overwhelming it can feel to build a homeschool from scratch.
My hope is that it saves you hours of trial and error and helps you create a rhythm that works for your family from day one.
